In 1990 Vladimir Dovgan decided to open his business. Not having some capital, he thought of his company’s name. It was “Doka”. He became a famous businessman quickly in his Toliaty town. Home-made advertising campaign gave striking results. Five or six young men, not having many and experience, recorded themselves throughout the town. His command consisted of mechanics. And It was decided to manufacturer the equipment for the small business.

Accidental acquaintance with “AAF” weekly’s correspondent has let to publishing small paragraph in that edition. After that it were calls and equipment’s orders. It was not own manufacture, the orders were placed on the large factories with payment after the realization. I have moved to the USA lately, by birth from a Poland. I lived in Russia for a long time and I was occupied with a business. My fate brought togeather me with many interesting people. I learnt how to operate matters, go to know their secrets and psychology.

Russian Business or Business in Russian, a great many people heard about it. It is not secret, that poverty Russia, suddenly, brought into the world so many rich men. The total number of them was growing every year.

The people, making much money, have appeared, as soon as Communizm had been destroyed. Courage of a business, its secret, the secret of Russian Business has kept.

It is fantastic, what they do! And now I decided to present to us their business` mechanism. It will be told about some of them on our site. We will print their photos and detailed biography. These facts were kindly given by owners themselves. They were, who became a rich men, having no capital, within several years.
